PredictVS is a free prediction competition platform. All points earned on PredictVS have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, prizes, or anything of value. PredictVS is not a gambling service, sportsbook, or betting platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use PredictVS. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login information with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards
• Use automated tools or bots to make predictions
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

5. Content and Data

Sports data, odds, and scores displayed on PredictVS are sourced from third-party providers and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of this data.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or compromise the integrity of the platform. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

PredictVS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccurate sports data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PredictVS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
